种子源驱动电路，针对mopa激光种子光源的驱动，可以做到10ns脉宽以下，重复频率1MHz以上，最大电流1A，无过冲，脉冲和恒流模式随意切换，CW模式输出电流0-0.5A与输入成线性可调，脉冲模式输出最大电流0-1A与输入成线性可调，带TEC温控，可适合各种波长的种子光源。可按要求定制
